Home-made smoothies




INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup orange juice
4 to 6 strawberries, hulled and sliced
1/2 banana
1/4 cup silken tofu (about 3 ounces)
1 tablespoon honey or sugar
6 ice cubes

INSTRUCTIONS:
Puree until smooth
